Our Journey

We have dedicated our lives to helping others feel better..mind, body and soul. To that end we made the conscious decision to have our practice within our home instead of opening up a separate location. We remodeled two rooms and appointed them with lavish spa amenities

We felt that this enabled us to bring luxury treatments and our best therapeutic techniques to as many people as possible. By keeping our overhead low, we get to keep our session rates reasonable.

We are highly trained: Julia has her degree in massage therapy and is educated in over 15 different healing modalities, including Myofascial Release, Pregnancy Massage, Oncology Massage and Chakra Balancing. In fact she teaches numerous classes to other LMT's, has developed her own modality and published a book about that modality- BodyArt Therapy. With over 25 years as an aromatherapist she is now a Master Clinical Aromatherapist.

Jaci graduated from one of the top schools in the country and has been on the healing path for almost a decade. She specializes Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Energywork. Julia Lawrence took her first class in aromatherapy 1993. She was a part of the alternative health industry for 15 years using art, energy work (including Shamanic Healing) crystals and aromatherapy to help people heal themselves prior to transitioning to the massage side of things in 2009. She has been a full-time Massage Therapist for years, and then graduated with her Associates Degree in Applied Science: Massage. This last step in her journey allowed her to train in many different modalities beyond what is typically required by continuing education. At this point in time Julia is trained in Swedish, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Advanced Pregnancy Massage, Premier Stone Massage (hot and cold), Reiki, Aromatherapy, Gua Sha, Fire Cupping, Fascial Alignment, Clinical Massage, Advanced Sports Massage, Oncology Massage, Tuina Massage, Shamanic Healing, Aromatherapy, and Body Art Therapy. She also employs Crystals, Sound Therapy with singing bowls, Color Therapy, Guided Imagery, and Intuitive Work in her practice. Julia was one of the instructors at Universal College of healing arts in Omaha NE and teaches continuing education to other LMT's and bodyworkers at various workshops and events. Starting with a consultation, Julia creates a unique and personal synthesis for every individual session that best helps each client achieve their goals and address their priorities whether is it pain management, stress reduction, athletic performance or relaxation.
