✨✨✨Great news Update✨✨✨

I'm overflowing with gratitude for the outpouring of love 💖and support I've received from everyone.

💔In February, I broke my wrist skiing, as a result I cancelled several soundbath sessions but this temporary setback has become a powerful catalyst for profound growth. 🙏My wrist is healing remarkably well post surgery and gaining strength daily, which I attribute to my consistent use of tuning forks and self care 💫This experience has reignited my passion for sound healing. 🙌I'm thrilled to return to my home studio on Whidbey Island next month and resume traveling soundbaths in May or June (Upon surgeons approval of course)

💫 A Gentle Pause & Update 💫

Dear beautiful community,

I wanted to share from the heart that I’ll be taking a pause from offering private, group, and home party soundbath experiences for the next few months as I focus on healing from an unexpected personal injury.

This isn’t an easy pause for me — holding space through sound is deeply woven into who I am — but I know honoring my body and allowing myself the time to fully heal is an important part of the practice I share with you.

I’m incredibly grateful for your compassion, patience, and loving support during this time. Your understanding means more to me than I can express. I’ll be sure to share updates and let you know when I’m ready to return and gather again in sound and presence.

Thank you for being part of this community and for holding me with the same care I strive to offer others. I’m looking forward to coming back together when the time is right ✨

How Does Sound Healing Work? The Science Behind It
Sound healing uses the body’s natural sensitivity to vibration to promote relaxation, clear blockages, and restore balance. Let’s break down how it works on multiple levels:
1) Resonance and Frequency Alignment
Every organ and system in the body vibrates at its own frequency. When exposed to external sounds—like the deep hum of a gong or the shimmering tones of a crystal bowl, your body “absorbs” those frequencies and begins to mirror them. Resonanceis the principle: just as one tuning fork can cause another to vibrate, sound can help the body reset into harmony.
