8 Of Swords ✨
The Eight of Swords shows a woman bound and blindfolded. Eight swords surround her, seemingly trapping her in place, a symbol of the limiting thoughts, beliefs and mindset that prevent her from moving forward in her life. However, look closer: if the woman removed her blindfold, she would quickly realise that she can escape her predicament by letting go of her limiting beliefs and establishing a new, more empowered mindset. My general feeling behind this card is that most people see this as a negative card nobody wants to be called out on feeling down or maybe you feel held back by your fears or past trauma, however I take this card as a sign to seek time for yourself. You have the power for change & only you. Everyone has ups & downs but If you take a second to realize that you are your own worst enemy you might find some insight into a positive new way of thinking.
