onflict resolution expert, and family educator, Becky Wilfahrt is skilled at working with families, couples, parents, individuals, and small businesses to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and turn conflict into growth. Prior to founding Finding Common Ground, Becky worked in the education field as a high school and middle school English instructor, coach, and college instructor. Mary’s University, her master’s degree in family studies and family education license from the University of Minnesota, and her mediation training from Hamline University.
