I am not good about taking pictures during class. I did get a few of humble warrior and forward fold. Nonetheless, we had a great class this morning at the Franklin City Park Beautiful day and awesome space for yoga.
Thanks to everyone who greeted the day with me noticing our senses and being in the moment. And to Ruby (6) who came and then headed off to school. What a lesson we can learn from our youth!!! ❤️
