Specialty Rehab Hospital of Coushatta has immediate openings for Full Time LPN Day shift and Full Time LPN Night shift. Also looking for PRN RN's, LPN's and CNA's all shifts. Competitive Rates for the area. The schedule is Awesome! 12 hour shifts .... (work basically 3 shifts a week ... ( for example...Work Thurs/Fri/Sat... off Sunday... then work Mon/Tues/Wed... off 4 days ... then work ... Mon/Tues/Wed.... off 7 days... then work Thurs/Fri/Sat ..... off 4 days and schedule repeats). Off every Sunday. Opportunity for extra hours. Great work environment with an awesome staff! We would like to share our new therapy gym here at Specialty Rehab! We are so excited to expand our facility to offer more to our community. We are a 12 bed rehab hospital providing services for both inpatients and outpatients. We care for patients after surgeries, strokes, amputations, and multiple other conditions. We also accept patients from home who are weaker or falling. We accept all insurances.
