Our Living Dream is the page of Katherine Treffinger a transformational spiritual counselor and ment In 2016 I had a spontaneous Mystical experience.

I have been on my Spiritual journey since 1980. This journey has at times been very radical, but that is often the way for those of us here to mentor others. My studies included many spiritual teachers but among the most influential have been Joel Goldsmith, Arnold Mindell, Eckhart Tolle, Adyashanti and in the last few years I have settled into the

Non-Dual teachings of Robert Adams as well as Ramana Maharshi, Nisargadatta Maharaj, Rupert Spira and others on the Direct Path. As a result I have easy access to Silence and Peace. A relationship to the passing of time seems to have dropped away. I am no longer seeking. My life is lived through intuitive guidance and a strong relationship to the present moment. It is my desire to facilitate happiness and peace in others. I do Spiritual/ Transformational counseling and mentoring out of my home, over the phone, and soon via a webinar hosting service (stay tuned for webinars). You must not believe that it is up to you to work out all the details of life. There is a higher power that knows where the appearance of your body is supposed to be and what work it's supposed to do. Trust that power. You will ﬁnd out one day that the power is none other than ... you. That power is your Self. But until then trust the power. I like to call this power "The current that knows the way." It's a beautiful power, it only knows love. It wants you to become a living embodiment of love. It wants you to merge with itself.

When we are still, we merge with nature, the Universe, and the Absolute. We go with the wind; we fly with the birds; we float with the waves; we stand with the trees, rise and set with the sun and moon. We change with the seasons; we flow with the rivers; we shine with the stars and orbit with the planets. In 1981 after a long bout of travel related hepatitis I began a spiritual journey that was all but forced on me. I was seeing spirits everywhere and my perceptions of people and events around me were radically changing. Up to this point I had considered myself an agnostic. There was no longer any denying that there were other realities. I was very fortunate to find incredible spiritual mentors to help me through this change. I was very wounded and I had much work to do on my path to wholeness. I studied metaphysics and healing techniques and the tarot. My studies included many spiritual teachers but the most influential were Joel Goldsmith, Arnold Mindell and Eckhart Tolle. In the last few years I have settled into the Non-Dual teachings of Rupert Spira.

I no longer see spirits; that was just to get my attention. I no longer value all the bells and whistles I experienced at the beginning. There is a quiet magic that shows up for me now. What I find I am valuing is the ease of access I have to stillness/awareness/peace. After 36 years of searching I have found a general sense of happiness and peace and am no longer seeking. My life is lived through intuitive guidance and a strong relationship to the present moment. I have had experiences of awakening to the truth of My Being.

It is my desire to facilitate happiness and peace in others.
