Hi all, Melissa here with a little humor and a reminder to hydrate! Because the air is so dry in the winter, we don't feel ourselves sweat, and many people think they don't need to drink as much to stay hydrated in the winter, when in fact the opposite is true! Dry winter air and heating systems actually mean we need to drink just as much if not more in the winter!
