This week we invite you to meet Courtenay Bertrand, CNA, an integral part of our incredible team!

With extensive experience and a passion for helping others, Courtenay showcases our core values throughout everything she helps our residents achieve.

Courtenay brings heart, dedication, and compassion to everything she does. Family is at the center of her life, and she believes deeply in putting the needs of others first. She has a genuine love for connecting with people, listening to their stories, and learning from different cultures and life experiences.

Through her work in the private sector and her personal experience caring for her daughter, who was born with Erb’s Palsy, Courtenay has gained valuable hands-on knowledge working alongside physical therapists and speech pathologists. She currently assists in the care of individuals living with Parkinson’s disease and has also had the privilege of caring for those affected by Huntington’s disease. Her patience, empathy, and dedication shine through in every role she takes on.

This week we invite you to meet Danielle Quaranta, ICP nurse, an integral part of our incredible team!

Danielle consistently showcases our core values throughout everything she helps our residents achieve. She brings compassion and dedication to her role every day.

After more than a year with us, a resident was finally able to move into her own apartment and told Danielle, “You saved my skin.” Moments like this show the impact of her care. She understands and values that wound care and infection control are about people, dignity, and healing.

Danielle is not only an exceptional nurse but also a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Her work truly makes a difference, and we are truly grateful to have her on our team.
