La Forme Studio is hosting a one-day Comprehensive Barre Intensity Instructor Training on February 1st — and registration is officially OPEN!

🤎 La Forme Food Drive 🥫 November 3-17

This Thanksgiving season, we’re partnering with Project 29:11, a local food bank right here in Covina — just down the street from the studio!

For the next two weeks, we’ll be collecting non-perishable food donations to support families in need. Together, we can make a meaningful impact right here in our community.
