As of February 3rd, the PBM Reform Act was officially enacted! It marks the most significant federal effort to date to regulate Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBM) - the 'middle men' of the drug supply chain. You might ask "why is this important to me as a customer?", Because of this Act insurances no longer are allowed to tell you where you have to get your prescriptions filled! So, if Doc's Pharmacy isn't a preferred provider, we can still fill your prescriptions! Just call or stop by today to get your prescriptions transferred!
