The BRIDGE Program — Rebuilding Stability, Together

Our BRIDGE Program is a family-based wraparound treatment designed for youth and adults who need more support than traditional weekly therapy. Through individual and family counseling and targeted case management, we help rebuild critical life domains so individuals and families can safely move forward — together.

This program is specifically designed to increase safety and stability at home, reduce the risk of out-of-home placement, and support long-term recovery.

All counseling and case management sessions will be held virtually due to inclement weather.

Cold weather, shorter days, and winter storms can take a toll on both our mental health and our routines — and that’s okay. 💙

Here are a few ways to protect your well-being this winter:

🏃 Stay active, even indoors
🤝 Stay connected with friends or family
🧠 Practice gratitude and self-care

With winter weather on the way, don’t forget to prepare:
🧃 Stock up on food, water, and medications
🔦 Have flashlights, batteries, and warm blankets ready
📱 Charge phones and devices
🌨️ Stay updated on weather alerts
