As part of Mental Health Month, we’re recognizing Linda Miller for the compassion and support she brings to individuals experiencing crisis and recovery at NorthKey Community Care.

Linda serves as a Mental Health Technician on our Crisis Stabilization Unit, where she helps support individuals facing acute mental health and substance use crises. She also serves as an after-hours 988 Call Taker, providing emotional support, crisis intervention, and connection to resources for individuals in need.

Through her work as a Peer Support Specialist and WRAP Facilitator, Linda helps people feel heard, understood, and empowered in their recovery journey. Whether she’s helping someone navigate a crisis or simply offering a listening ear, her work reflects the importance of compassion, trust, and human connection in behavioral health care.

We are grateful for Linda’s dedication and for the many ways she supports individuals and families throughout Northern Kentucky.

Thank you, Linda, for all you do.

As Mental Health Month continues, we’re proud to recognize Haille Thompson and Sydney Provancher for the important work they do as Mobile Crisis Responders at NorthKey Community Care.

Every day, Haille and Sydney travel directly into the community to support individuals experiencing mental health crises. Their roles require compassion, adaptability, and the ability to help people feel safe and supported during some of life’s most difficult moments.

Whether they’re helping de-escalate a crisis, developing safety plans, connecting individuals to resources, or simply being a calm presence during a difficult time, their work reflects what it means to truly meet people where they are.

We’re grateful for their dedication to reducing stigma, strengthening our community, and supporting individuals and families across Northern Kentucky.

Thank you, Haille and Sydney, for the care and compassion you bring to this work every day.
