TNT Primal Protein Taco Queso 🌮🧀
Ingredients
1 cup Good Culture cottage cheese
4 oz TNT ProPack Primal Protein (taco-seasoned 93% lean ground beef)
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Taco seasoning (to taste — blended into cottage cheese)
Optional Toppings
Diced avocado
Green onions
Red onion
Tomato
Tajín seasoning
Instructions
Blend cottage cheese with taco seasoning until smooth (this creates your “queso” base)
4 oz TNT ProPack Primal Protein and reheat in the microwave
In a small baking dish, mix:
Taco-seasoned blended cottage cheese
Reheated beef
Spread evenly
Top with 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
Broil for 2–4 minutes until melted and lightly golden
Remove and add toppings (avocado, green onion, tomato, Tajín)
