💜🤍Another successful Tuesday night class in the books! Some 🍑's got kicked! I'm super proud of these hard workers. Many people have approached me about if they should come to class on not. I've had people of all walks of life come to class. 70 years old to 7 months old ( I baby wore my son while I taught). Everyone leaves with a smile on their face, and just feeling stronger and happier! I'm looking forward the the future , and getting more people in the studio! Come try out a class! 🤍💜
