Did you know nearly 1 in 3 American adults are living with prediabetes?

To help reduce the risk of developing Type 2 diabetes, St. Tammany Health System’s Diabetes Education Department is launching PreventT2 – a new, yearlong program focused on proven, sustainable lifestyle changes.

🩺 Who it’s for: Adults diagnosed with prediabetes or at increased risk
📅 First session: Jan. 19 | 10–11 a.m.
📍 Location: First Baptist Church Covington, LA (16333 Louisiana 1085)

PreventT2 is based on a CDC-approved curriculum and led by a trained lifestyle coach with weekly sessions for the first six months and monthly check-ins for the remainder of the year.
