As the holiday season approaches, it's important to remember to prioritize your well-being. Setting boundaries around your time and commitments can be a powerful act of self-care. It's okay to say no to plans that overwhelm you and to create space for rest and reflection. Remember, caring for yourself allows you to show up more fully for others.
