Sales Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
β’ Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.
β’ Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand service requirements.
β’ Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
β’ Prepares cost estimates by studying all related customer documents, consulting with other professional personnel.
β’ Purchases needed materials for jobs.
β’ Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
β’ Contributes to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing directives.
β’ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Hours and Benefits:
β’ Regular hours: M-F, 7:00am β 3:30pm with the possibility of overtime

β’ Blueprint reading
β’ Computer skills
β’ Problem solving
β’ Product knowledge
β’ Selling to customer needs
β’ Technical understanding
β’ Verbal communication
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
β’ Experience preferred but not required.
