It is with sadness that I am announcing my retirement from active practice due to health reasons. If you are currently a patient my office, you already know this. If you been a past patient of my office or just a friend, I feel this is the best way to get this information out to the public.

I am transitioning my practice to a trusted friend and colleague Dr. Nicky Nicaud who I’ve known for over 20 years. He has also been a well-respected and trusted chiropractor in the Covington area for all the time that I have been practicing here. Dr. Nicaud’s office is conveniently located near St. Tammany Parish Hospital. This is his office information:

My decision over 45 years ago to become a Doctor of Chiropractic has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. And in large part that is because I have been blessed and privileged to have gotten to know so many of you, have you trust me with your health and to have become a member of this great community. My career as a doctor has been a calling that has resulted in more blessings than I could ever express. Thank you for being part of that.

I hope that you will trust any current or future needs for chiropractic care to Dr. Nicaud. I know if you do, you’ll find him as caring and trustworthy as I hope you have found me. This is a been a very tough decision but with much prayerful consideration, I feel that it is best for all my patients to ensure they receive the best possible care.

This year I will celebrate my 40th year anniversary to my wonderful wife Karen and I would have celebrated the beginning of my 40th anniversary of being in practice.

Dr. Mutell is Trauma Team Qualified. This level of training includes being able to triage and manage trauma and non-trauma patients, establishing impairment ratings for traumatically injured patients, evaluation of concussion and mild traumatic brain injury, accident reconstruction, crash dynamics, spinal trauma pathology and extensive training in MRI spine interpretation.

FDA’s VRBPAC will meet June 15, 2022, to discuss expanding the EUA for Pfizer’s COVID jab to children from 6 months up to 5 years old. You can help stop this. You must tell our government what you want for your children. You can make a public comment (by name or anonymously) that will go on record for the FDA to consider as it decides on Emergency Use Authorization for COVID shots for children ages 6 months – 4 years. Comments received on or before June 7, 2022, will be provided to the committee.

This authorization would make approximately 18 million more children eligible for an experimental jab. This age group is at minimal risk for catching or passing on COVID. If a child gets infected, they are far less likely to have serious outcomes. If the FDA expands the Pfizer EUA to children as young as 5, systems are already in place to distribute the jab to our most vulnerable, and schools will increase COVID jab mandates for our children. The ultimate goal for the White House is to expand the vaccine authorization to all children and get the jab on the ACIP Vaccine Schedule.

Let’s throw a monkey wrench into that plan and fill the Federal Register with the information VRBPAC should be reading!
