Open to the public for membership & dedicated to enhancing the well-being & quality of life for seniors 55+ in our community. As a medically integrated health and fitness center, we are defining the future of professionally administered programs and services to senior population, and are improving outcomes for members with chronic diseases and multiple risk factors. The Community Center at Christwood provides programming for continuum of care, fulfills the mission of medical providers, and helps seniors enjoy the best health possible.
