Last week we celebrated Long-Term Care Administrators Week, and we are proud to recognize our incredible leader whose passion and dedication make a difference every single day. 💙

Brad Kramer was licensed since 2010, and has built a career centered around turning challenges into triumphs. He has spent a combined 10 years with The Waters, while also stepping away to start his own consulting firm and gain hands-on experience operating assisted living communities — further strengthening his leadership and perspective.

His passion for care is deeply personal. In 1997, his best friend was involved in a life-changing accident that left him quadriplegic. That experience has remained a driving force behind his commitment to providing compassionate, meaningful care to others.

Outside of work, family is everything. He has been with his wife, Stephanie, for 24 wonderful years. Together, they have raised two remarkable daughters. His eldest, McKensie, recently earned her Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Ball State University, is now a public accountant at Forvis, and recently got married. His youngest daughter, Madi, is a sophomore at Indiana University, where she is a Division I track athlete on the Dean’s List, pursuing a degree in neuroscience.

We are incredibly grateful for the heart, leadership, and purpose Brad brings to our team each day. His impact is felt not only within our building, but in the lives of everyone he serves!
