St. Tammany Physicians Network Located on Highway 21 just a mile south of our main hospital campus, the Covington office of St.

Tammany Physicians Network is home to five board-certified physicians and a nurse practitioner caring for patients ages 16 and older and equipped to address acute and chronic care, as well as annual wellness physicals for work, school or sports.

It’s official – St. Tammany Health System’s Northlake Surgical Associates has a new home and it’s just around the corner.

The longtime Covington general surgery practice has relocated to 728 W. 11th Ave., just one block from its previous location near the St. Tammany Parish Hospital Emergency Department. While the address is new, the care you trust remains the same.

Meet Dr. Grayson Terral, a Louisiana native proudly serving his hometown community. Born and raised in Covington, Dr. Terral earned his undergraduate degree from LSU, completed medical school at Louisiana Health Science Center in Shreveport, finished his general surgery residency at Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans and went on to complete his fellowship in Hand Surgery at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson.

When he’s not caring for patients, Dr. Terral enjoys time with family, hunting and cheering on the Tigers. 🐯
