meetings don’t have to “suck” when you have a leadership team willing to bring the fun! 😂

Our Rosedale Green leadership team took on the “Anything But a Cup/Water Bottle” challenge during QA and definitely delivered! From urinals and sharps containers to buckets and watering pails, creativity was flowing almost as much as the coffee! ☕🪣🚽

Healthcare can be serious work, but moments like these remind us that laughter, teamwork, and a little silliness help keep us connected. We’re grateful for a leadership team that knows how to work hard, support one another, and have fun along the way!

Our 'Moments in Bloom' themed hydration station proved to be a success yesterday, further enhancing our celebration of National Skilled Nursing Care Week.

This is an unusually busy — and incredibly fun — week for us at Rosedale Green! National Skilled Nursing Care Week overlaps with National Nurses Week and even begins on Mother’s Day!
It truly takes every department, staff member, and leader working together to plan and facilitate so many meaningful resident activities and employee recognition events.
We were especially fortunate to have one of our wonderful Board Members, Terry Foster, RN , join us on another one of our “crazy” adventures this week! Please show Terry some love for his continued support of our mission — and for being such a great sport! 💙
