STOPS was proud to be part of the Covington Block Party as new members of the Covington Business Association.

We had the opportunity to connect with so many wonderful people, share information about su***de prevention, talk about the upcoming STOPS 5K Fun Run and Walk, invite the community to get involved, and collect names of future volunteers.

Every conversation matters. Every connection matters. One table, one evening, one step at a time, we are working to plant seeds of hope in our community.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by and spent time with us.

If you or someone you love is struggling, call or text 988. You are not alone.

Yesterday at NAMI Walks for NAMI Southeast Louisiana, STOPS St. Tammany Outreach for the Prevention of Su***de had the honor of showing up for our community with resources, connection, and hope.

Our booth was more than a table. It was a reminder that no one should have to walk through pain, grief, or mental health struggles alone. Every conversation mattered. Every resource shared mattered. Every person who stopped by mattered.

Thank you to everyone who came by, asked questions, encouraged us, and helped us continue the mission of St. Tammany Outreach for the Prevention of Su***de.

Awareness saves lives. Connection saves lives. Community saves lives.
