Covington peeps!! We are moving again!! Beginning the week of October 17th we will be located at The Collab at 600 US Hwy 190 Suite 2A in Covington. This is right next door to Skal Axe Throwing (formerly Off Track Betting). At this time, there is no signage on the building.
Here is our schedule beginning October 17th:

Monday - 10:00am - Yvonne
Wednesday - 12:15pm - Joanne
Thursday - 9:00am - Joanne
Friday - 9:00am - Jackie
Saturday *** - 8:00am - Michelle

*** Saturday 10/22 will be a weigh-in only, no workshop FOR THIS SATURDAY ONLY.*** Workshops will resume the following Saturday at 8am on 10/29.
