Pool Opening Notice
The Timberlane Pool is a private pool for the enjoyment and use of the Timberlane community. Membership/standing in the Timberlane HOA must be verified before pool use. This ensures that you are able to enjoy this amenity that you have paid for. Each adult is allowed 1 guest per visit. Dues and fine payments must be up to date for admission. By signing in you agree to follow all pool rules, see link below.
Signing In
A government issued ID or driver’s license (with a Timberlane address) must be presented to the pool attendant for each admission.
Anyone ages 0-17 may have their HOA membership verified by a guardian.
For ages 13-17, a Minor Badge Form, see link below, can be completed to allow them to use the pool without their parents.
If your ID does not have a Timberlane address you may speak with the pool attendant to find a way forward, admission will not be granted until a resolution is in place.
Any questions on being denied can be directed to pool@timberlanehoa.org.
Pool Opening
Open Season (tentative): Friday, June 19th – Tuesday, August 25th
Open Days: Everyday except Monday and Tuesday
(The pool with be CLOSED Mondays and Tuesdays for routine maintenance)
Open Hours: 1:30pm – 8:30pm

PART-TIME JOB ANNOUNCEMENT
Seasonal Pool Attendant:
Timberlane Homeowners Association located in Covington is looking to hire two (2) seasonal part-time or one full time pool attendants for private use community pool.
Duties:
• Monitor resident and guest check-in and exit at the front desk.
• Monitor pool use to ensure compliance with pool rules.
• Perform daily chemical testing and complete testing log.
• Follow facility open and close procedures.
• Ensure safety equipment is in good working order.
• Clean general pool deck areas, pool bathrooms, pool office and refill supplies as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
Hours:
• Hourly position; average 4-5 hours per day during open hours for part time and 8 hours per day during open hours for full time. Hours may vary depending on weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances.
• Pre-season work starts at the end of May with hours as needed. See pool season details below with possible extended season into September (as weather and availability permit). Two days a week off (to be decided), must work weekends.
• Open Season tentatively Jun 19-Aug 25; Work Hours: 1:00pm - 9:00pm
Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be detailed oriented
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Must have excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to swim. CPR/First-Aid Certified a Plus
• Customer service a plus
Pay:
• Pay $23/hr

Major pool work is complete! Now we just have a few small things (comparatively) to do and we will be all ready for pool season 2026, can't wait! Take a look at the before and after shots and lets all give a huge thank you to Arnold who spent several volunteer hours coordinating, preparing, and monitoring the work. Thanks Arnold!

Remember to take those extra bags out tonight. 😃

Don't forget that next week Covington residents can place out EXTRA garbage on their normal collection day! So, get a jump start on Spring Cleaning this weekend!

Covington residents can place up to four extra large black trash bags of garbage out during their curbside collection day the week of March 16-19. No hazardous waste, construction debris or electronics allowed.

ETA: There is no additional cost for this during the March 16-19 collection week only.
