Dear Service Provider,
Re: Emergency Water Main Replacement on Timberlane Way SE.
We are writing to inform you of the emergency water main replacement and associated road repairs taking place on Timberlane Way SE following a recent water main failure that caused extensive roadway damage. The water main failed in multiple locations and must be replaced before permanent road restoration can be completed.
Project Overview:
• Replacement of the water main from SE 265th ST to SE 267th ST within the southbound travel lane of Timberlane Way SE.
• Traffic reduced to a single alternating lane through the work zone, controlled by flaggers.
• Road and water main repair work is already underway and is expected to continue until October 3, 2025.
• Final repaving will occur once the new water main is in place.
We kindly request that your office notify any affected parties or services within your jurisdiction to ensure awareness and preparedness. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact:

Timberlane Cleanup Days 2025 is over. Thanks to all those who dropped off trash and made the neighborhood a little cleaner!

Reminder: Timberlane Cleanup Days 2025, 10:00 AM tomorrow, only has a few dumpsters, once they are full the event is over. Please discourage others from leaving items in the parking lot as our own dumpster is full and cannot take more items.
