Our Winter Break Intro Classes start this evening. 5:30pm on the 26th, and M-F all next week at 5:30pm. Whether you've been coming regularly, or interested in trying out your first class, there will be something for everyone.
We'll do a quick intro into the various props we use, go over alignment, and have some quick workshops on how each of us can get the most out of our workouts.

We will be closed this Saturday, 9/27. Tomorrow we have Yin Yoga at 7:15am and are adding a Stability Series Class at noon. Come on out to Patsy's Dance Studio and get some movement in before the weekend!

Reminder... Thursday's Chair Yoga Class has moved to Granbery Methodist at 1pm, and we will be closed this Saturday 9/27 to attend the first annual Love Light Wellness Festival in Fredericksburg, VA. Make a road trip for more free yoga!!! Classes will resume at Patsy's Dance Studio on Monday.

Saturday, Oct 4 starting at 9:00 AM at Smith Bridge Trail Head. Our sponsors are magnificent, just like in past years !!! Many prizes to give away to lucky participants, as well as chances to win money for best (or worst) poker hands, and a free lunch provided by the Ruritan club. We have 4 distance categories to choose from for all ages and fitness levels (Move, Stroll, Sprint and Beast), so bring the whole family. And as in past years, click on the below link, print off the registration form, fill it out and send in your entry fee by Sept. 27 for $10 off your registration.
