This is my page for various Health Topics and my Massage and Healing Therapy. I see clients at a Meditation Center in Decatur, GA.

I have been trained in Integrated Swedish, Neuromuscular, Sports Massage, Qi Gong, Reflexology, and Pranic Healing. I like to talk with persons about what they are looking for in a massage whether it is stress relief, pain reduction, athletic enhancement, chronic conditions, neck or back pain, specific problems such as nerve compression causing sciatica or carpal tunnel, postural imbalances, or lack of range of motion in joints. Price is $50/Swedish one hr, $65/one hr deep tissue, or $85 for 90min deep tissue, subject to change. I will be making Electro Lymphatic Therapy available soon.

All of this is true from what I can tell. But I do recommend learning to muscle test and pay attention to your body. For me personally I take about 4 g per day. This is what I have determined from my own muscle testing. If you have people showing cognition issues around you, it is especially important for them. And throw in some healthy saturated fat as well. This is a great pairing with MCT oil as an example. It will help those around you with cognition issues to improve and especially before they go driving, it might put you at ease a bit more.
