All of this is true from what I can tell. But I do recommend learning to muscle test and pay attention to your body. For me personally I take about 4 g per day. This is what I have determined from my own muscle testing. If you have people showing cognition issues around you, it is especially important for them. And throw in some healthy saturated fat as well. This is a great pairing with MCT oil as an example. It will help those around you with cognition issues to improve and especially before they go driving, it might put you at ease a bit more.
