-Work with adults that have an intellectual/ developmental disability in a group home setting.
-Up to 6 people that need support with activities of daily living.
-Applicants trained to provide personal care, familiar with lift equipment and wheelchair assistance preferred.
-Must pass a background and drug test.
-CNA, STNA, CMA, DSP are welcome too apply.
-Locations in need are Alexandria, Burlington, Edgewood, Bellevue and Florence.
-We promote within and look for leaders, those with a good work ethic and a compassion for serving others.
-Full time and part time
-Shifts vary by location and opening.
-All training is provided.

Qualified applicants must have experience with providing personal care , using lift equipment and assisting with all ADLs. Knowledge or motivation to assist individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities is required.
Six individuals live in this home that require 24 hour care that promotes independence and freedom of choice.

Our staff are offered a performance raise at 90 days. We also offer a free basic Planet Fitness membership. After 90 days, incentives include the opportunity to earn an additional $500 bonus per quarter!
