I did a lil bulk while my wife has been pregnant, bc I wanted our little bean to have a jacked dad. We finally get to meet her in two weeks, so it’s time to start the cut phase. 175lbs for 8 reps on lat pull downs & 180lbs for 10 reps on cable rows. Hopefully I’ll still be this strong while cutting

Meal prep for the week😮‍💨 starting out with BLT wraps for breakfast, ground turkey with brown rice (hot sauce, plain Greek yogurt, and Parmesan cheese to taste) for lunch and dinner, then tuna with roasted pepper humus for snacks.
