Matthew first introduced me to the idea of contrast therapy and cold exposure over a year ago and I admit I was very hesitant. I just didn’t know if I had it in me to do something so challenging, so uncomfortable. But I decided to give it a try. A year later and results ranging from diminished body stiffness and pain to heightened mental clarity and physical energy I am now a firm believer in what it can do!
