The ones always “holding it together” need support sometimes, too.

it’s about learning that you don’t have to carry everything alone.
Rest is needed.
Crying is allowed.
Therapy is healthy.
Boundaries are necessary.
And asking for help is not a weakness., it’s self-awareness.
