We own, operate and franchise restaurants in our portfolio across the United States and in multiple countries world-wide. With a focus on food, taste and unique flavors, combined with our proven brand support systems, our restaurants succeed in both traditional and non-traditional settings. We also own and operate a manufacturing facility that roasts, packages and distributes coffee and tea to supply not only our restaurant brands, but also wholesale coffee and tea across the U.S. to restaurants, hotels, healthcare systems, casinos, airports, big box retailers, grocery and convenience stores. Private label coffee and tea programs are also available. Ballard Brands is an active member of the Restaurant Leadership Council, the National and Louisiana Restaurant Associations, the International Franchise Association, the National Coffee Association and the Specialty Coffee Association of America. 2023 has already been off to a great start, with plenty of exciting developments underway! However, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on some of the most inspiring events at PJ’s Coffee throughout 2022. Last year was a tremendous success for us: we earned industry recognition and accolades, saw an increase in sales for our wildly popular menu item and found a new way to connect to and support our community.

We awarded 53 franchises, representing 67 licenses, and had a total of 23 new store openings throughout Louisiana, Missouri, Texas, Alabama, Kentucky, Colorado, Maryland, and South Carolina. In 2023, we are on track to outshine this number and continue onward with our growth.
