Prevent breakouts by…
1. Regularly washing pillowcases/sheets 🛌
2. Add more whole foods and greens 🥬 🥗
3. Don’t over exfoliate or use too many active on your skin. Over exfoliation can cause irritation
4. Balance hormones and work on gut heath. Gut health can affect your skin and contribute to breakouts
5. Try and manage stress level
6. Drink more water 💧
