We emphasize the individual as part of a family unit and work with the family and other educators to provide a support system. In 2010, Kelly Spears, Speech Language Pathologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst, opened a practice in New Orleans serving children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental disabilities, expressive and receptive language disorders, social and pragmatic delays, v

erbal behavior and behavioral disorders. Spears Learning Center is a speech, language, and behavioral therapy practice that provides both individual and group services to children in clinic, home, school and community settings. At Spears Learning Center, our staff of Speech Language Pathologists and Board Certified Behavior Analaysts collaborate to design individualized programming with a 1:1 student to teacher ratio. In addition to the services offered within clinic, our Outreach program extends to three different parishes and a dozen schools, in which we continue to provide individualized care and instruction. Our staff consists of Masters Level Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analysts, Speech Language Pathologists, Registered Line Technicans, a CABAS teacher, as well as several BCBA Masters level candidates.
