Absolutely LOVE THIS and especially for one’s HEALTH!!! Don’t wait until it’s too late. Especially when insurance can pay for it!! Text or call to find out how. 678-532-9442.

Imagine placing a frog in a pot of cool water. It’s calm, unbothered — unaware of what’s coming.
The heat rises slowly, almost kindly. The frog adjusts, thinking, “I can handle this.”

But little by little, the warmth becomes danger. The frog adapts again. Then again. Until it’s too late.
By the time the water boils, its energy is gone — its strength, spent on endurance instead of escape.
It doesn’t die from the heat. It dies from staying too long in something that was slowly destroying it.

This is the Boiling Frog Syndrome, and it’s not just a metaphor — it’s a mirror.

How many of us do the same?
We stay in toxic jobs, draining relationships, or unhealthy habits, telling ourselves:
“It’s not that bad.”
“It’ll get better.”
“I’ll deal with it later.”

But later becomes too late. The slow burn of tolerance turns to exhaustion.
We adapt to pain instead of confronting it — until we no longer have the strength to jump out.

The lesson is painfully simple:
🔥 Don’t wait until it’s unbearable to protect yourself.
Set boundaries early. Walk away sooner. Speak up while your voice still has power.

Your peace, your sanity, your soul — they’re worth more than silent suffering.
Sometimes survival isn’t about fighting harder. It’s about leaving sooner.

Because in life, the heat will always rise.
But you still have a choice — to stay in the pot, or to leap toward freedom. 🕊️

So let me ask you: Which feels harder to manage — blood glucose swings 🔼 or chronic pain flares 💢?

Hey guys! đź‘‹
I just did a 10-minute Medical Fitness workout designed specifically for fibromyalgia. It’s low-impact, joint-friendly, and focused on reducing pain instead of triggering flares.
This is the exact approach I use with my fibro clients to help them move at 35–50% capacity, stay consistent, and actually feel better after their workouts — not worse.

From eating less + exercising more (and staying stuck) → to lowering her cholesterol + blood pressure by eating more food — she started seeing results in just 12 weeks. How Jackie did it…

6 months ago, June was stuck in the “eat less, exercise more” cycle. Now her cholesterol and blood pressure are improving — and she’s eating more food than ever before. It was a long shot, but it worked…

Meet June — a 74-year-old who has always been active. She swims, takes cardio classes, and trains consistently. But despite all her effort, her cholesterol and blood pressure refused to budge.

For years, June believed what so many of us have been taught: eat less and move more.

The harder she tried, the more stuck she became.

What changed everything wasn’t another diet — it was my 3S Method:
✅ Science — She learned how to eat for her blood type, fueling her body instead of depriving it. For the first time, she ate more food than she ever had and actually saw her health markers improve.

✅ Spirit — She shifted her mindset from restriction and punishment to nourishment and healing. No more guilt. No more “less is better.”

✅ Support — She had me walking alongside her, making sure every change felt doable and sustainable.

Now, just 6 months later, June’s cholesterol is down, her blood pressure is improving, and she feels free around food for the first time in years.

Her story proves this: lasting health isn’t about starving yourself or pushing harder. It’s about giving your body what it actually needs — and having the right plan, mindset, and support to stay the course.

👉 If you’ve been stuck in the “eat less, exercise more” cycle and you’re ready to try something that actually works, comment ME below and I’ll reach out to see if I can help.

Hey there!

It's been a while since I introduced myself or shared who I really am behind the scenes of running my business.

🌟I’m 54 and I'm divorced
🌟I currently live in Georgia.
🌟I have 3 adult kids and 1 granddaughter that’s a college freshman
🌟I’m spiritual not religious
🌟I served active duty in the USMC and US Army Reserves
🌟I ride a Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle

I've had the privilege of being featured on Channel 2 News and given a Humanitarian award from Lions Club International, and have also written an Amazon Best Selling Book: Holistic Health 101: Your ONLY Limit Is YOU!

My mission is to help people with Fibromyalgia and Type II Diabetes get lasting relief from pain and blood glucose swings without relying on restrictive diets, random supplements, or punishing workouts that don’t work.

I couldn't live without these 4 things: God, My kids, chips and my health.

And, I’m a big believer in giving back to the community, which is why one of my favorite organizations is Angel Eyes Fitness and Nutrition which provides free group fitness for the Blind and Low Vision community.

Now it's your turn…

Introduce yourself in the comments and tell me a little about who you are and what you do.

3 Hidden Dangers in Your “Healthy” Daily Routine

Few people would knowingly put fuel in their car that corrodes the engine — it would destroy it over time.

But that’s what happens when we follow “healthy” habits that secretly trigger fibromyalgia flare-ups and make blood glucose harder to control.

Here are 3 invisible threats if you’re living with Type II Diabetes + Fibromyalgia:
1. Corn & Corn Products 🌽
Corn chips, corn syrup, even “healthy” popcorn. For Fibro + Diabetes, corn spikes blood sugar and triggers inflammation in muscles and joints.

2. Intense, All-or-Nothing Workouts 🏋️‍♀️
Pushing through high-intensity cardio or heavy lifting may feel like discipline, but for fibro it leads to more pain and long recovery. With diabetes, it can also spike or crash your blood sugar.

3. Dairy “Protein Fixes” 🥛
Shakes and yogurts with whey or casein? They spike insulin for Type II Diabetes and fuel inflammation that worsens fibro pain.

The good news? You don’t have to gamble with your health. Removing these triggers helps lower inflammation, stabilize glucose, and rebuild energy.

Over the last 10+ years, I’ve seen clients heal faster when everything is aligned with my 3S Method: Science + Spirit + Support.

🔬 Science: Evidence-based tools that work with your body.

🧠 Spirit: Resilience when pain feels overwhelming.

🤝 Support: Accountability so you don’t walk this road alone.

When you put all three together, you stop guessing, stop chasing quick fixes — and finally start healing.

Most people with Type II Diabetes don’t realize this: your blood glucose should actually go down during and after exercise — not up.

One of my patients, Johnny, is a big, strong guy who’s used to heavy lifting. But here’s the challenge: when he pushed too hard with heavy weights and a high heart rate, his blood glucose actually spiked.

Why? Because intense exercise triggers stress hormones, which tell your liver to release more glucose into your bloodstream. That’s the opposite of what we want.

So we shifted his workouts — lighter weights, more control, and staying in the right heart rate zone. At first it felt strange, like he wasn’t “working hard enough.” But once he saw his blood glucose steadily dropping during and after workouts, it made sense.

👉 The takeaway: with diabetes, it’s not about how hard you push — it’s about keeping your body in a zone that supports stable glucose and lasting energy.

💬 Question for you: Have you ever checked your glucose before and after a workout? Did it go up 🔼 or down 🔽?
