We offer 24/7 "on call" service with management staff an

d a Registered Nurse. All staff at Alleghany Highlands Home Care receive specialized training before coming into the client's home and are CPR certified. Requirements for all staff prior to the hiring process include criminal background checks through the Virginia State Police. After hire, all staff have a thorough orientation and sign an agreement for random drug testing. All staff have 12 hours of continuing education each year and are covered under liability insurance, workers comp and surety bond.
