Dr. Wendell T. Hill earned his master’s and doctoral degrees in Pharmacy from University of Southern California. He became Chief Pharmacist at Orange County Medical Center in the 1960s.

He went on to become Dean of the Howard University College of Pharmacy, where he was instrumental in establishing accreditation and the doctoral program there.
