We will work together to create a mind-body-spirit-based practice that fits your schedule, your current ability level, and your aspirations. Private sessions are our speciality because we believe that yoga is for everyBODY, regardless of age, ability, weight, gender, or spiritual iden

Choosing my battles leaves me feeling like I'm letting down someone who needs an advocate. Trying to fight all of the battles leaves me feeling depleted and ineffective.

Focusing on my values leaves me feeling hypercritical of myself and others, and stuck in a polarity mindset. Dampening my values leaves me feeling unauthentic, ungrounded, and vapid.

Being personally invested in outcomes leaves me feeling powerless and frustrated. Apathy leaves me feeling inhumane and numb. Non-attachment feels like wasted energy.
..and that's why I've experienced depression and anxiety.
Spending each day trying to perfectly balance it all makes existence feel like a fool’s errand. BUT my balance is surprisingly good in my asana practice, so I believe there is hope off of the mat.

What I can achieve on the mat, I can achieve off of the mat. That's self-mastery.
