When it comes to burnout, further mental and physical exertion can make symptoms worse.
I created Chair Yoga for Burnout to counteract this. The gentle practice brings loving awareness to our hardworking minds and bodies. Through mindful movements and breathing, we reconnect with our inner power and approach a greater sense of balance 🔥💧
