As your kids head into a brand-new school year, it’s the perfect time to remind them (and ourselves!) how to stay healthy and thrive in the classroom.

Here are a few easy tips to keep your child feeling their best:
✅ Wash hands often – especially before eating and after using the restroom.
✅ Get good sleep – school-age kids need 9–12 hours a night!
✅ Eat a healthy breakfast – fuel for learning starts in the kitchen.
✅ Stay hydrated – pack a water bottle for school.
✅ Cover coughs and sneezes – teach them to use their elbow, not their hands.
✅ Stay home when sick – rest is the fastest way to bounce back.
