On the morning of Friday June 10, 2022, we learned we had lost one of our own in the sudden and unexpected passing of Billie Asbury.. Billie was an amazing man with a huge heart, willing to help anyone when called upon. He also quickly became an intrical part of Wompus Woods as he manned our biggest Family Haunted Hayride tractor with precision and care. He was constantly aware of the lives he held in his hand as he drove them through the tour, always putting their safety and well-being 1st. Rarely seen without a smile and always with a huge laugh which was quite contagious through the Wompus family. Our hearts go out to his wife Mindi as she copes with his loss. We ask that everyone please keep her and the rest of his family and friends in your prayers. We love you buddy.
