To My Emerald Cozad Team,

As we gather around this season of gratitude, I want to take a moment to express something I feel every single day—not just at Thanksgiving. I am deeply thankful for each of you.

You show up with compassion, dedication, patience, and strength, often in ways that go unseen but never unfelt. You comfort, you advocate, you support, and you give so much of yourselves to our residents. Because of you, their days are brighter, safer, and filled with dignity and love. That is no small thing—it’s everything.

I am grateful not only for what you do, but for who you are. You make Emerald Cozad more than a workplace; you make it a family. You make a difference in our residents’ lives, and you have made a lasting difference in mine. Working alongside you is an honor I never take for granted.

Thank you for showing up, for caring deeply, and for giving your best—even on the hard days. Your heart, your courage, and your commitment are what make this place special.
