This year’s Employee Appreciation Banquet marked Cozad Community Health System’s 75th anniversary of caring for our communities.

We celebrated by going back to the 1950s with a themed murder mystery dinner and spent the evening having a great time and recognizing the hard work, new certifications, and accomplishments of 2025, along with honoring the dedication of our years of service award recipients. It was a meaningful night centered on the people who make our organization what it is.

A big thank you to the vendors who helped make the evening possible:

We are so excited to introduce Dr. Shauna Lindstedt Easterday to our Cozad Specialty Clinic!

Dr. Lindstedt Easterday is a visiting OB-GYN from North Platte OB-GYN who is passionate about providing personalized, compassionate care to women through every stage of life, from routine exams to pregnancy care and complex gynecologic needs. She will be seeing patients at Cozad Specialty Clinic the second Thursday of every month. Originally from just outside Cozad, she is proud to care for women in the community she calls home.

She is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG) and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG), staying current on best practices in women’s health through ongoing training and education. She is committed to helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported at every visit.

Help Us Bring Color to Our Hallways!

Cozad Community Hospital has a unique opportunity for our community to help brighten the halls of our hospital in a creative way.

Through the Foundation for Hospital Art, we are hosting a Paint Fest featuring two murals that will be displayed inside our facility. The best part? The canvases are pre-traced, paint-by-number style making this event accessible to all skill levels. No experience needed, just a willingness to be part of something special! 🎨

Because we recently discovered this exciting program, we have a quick turnaround to complete the murals in time for our Spring Open House, and we need your input!
