(Most likely one that claims your computer is infected and click on a link to fix it, which is the actual virus...) Pay attention and report these problems to Facebook!

This is one of my absolute favorite pieces of Cookware. I get excited when I get to use it! I roasted several pounds of pork loin the other day with plenty of room to spare, and even though the drippings baked onto the bottom of the pan, cleanup was a breeze: I just let it soak in hot, soapy water a few minutes and then used a microfiber dishcloth to wipe out the residue. The best part is it’s on sale now for half-price until April 15!

Want an easy way to make roasted carrots? The rotating basket of the air fryer! In a small mixing bowl, place 1 pound of baby cut carrots; drizzle with about 1 teaspoon of olive oil, sprinkle with desired seasonings—I used a sprinkle of sea salt, two turns of fresh cracked pepper from my pepper mill, and a few dashes of garlic powder. Toss lightly, Place in the air fryer rotating basket. With my PC Air Fryer, I put it on Rotisserie for 40 minutes and they turned out perfectly. Delicious! I didn’t get a picture before we ate most of them! Want the carrots done even more quickly? Use the rapid prep mandolin to thick slice the carrots. Reduce cooking time to about 20-22 minutes—check for doneness. Don’t forget to make sure the basket is rotating!

I love, love, love how easy to clean the enamel cast iron is to cleanup. Today I baked winter squash with a little butter and brown sugar in it, surrounding the pieces with boiling water. The water was all gone when the delicious squash was perfectly done. (I’m sorry no picture! It was gorgeous and delicious!) A little of the melted butter and sugar seeped through to the hot pan. It was baked fast to it, but as soon as I added hot water and a touch of dishwashing liquid, the baked in gunk lifted off the enamel and presto! A beautifully clean pan!
