After a fall and medical complications last September, Kim had been unable to transfer in and out of her van. With determination, hard work, and support from her care team, she was finally able to make the transfer in time to attend her granddaughter’s graduation last week.

Yesterday, we had the honor of hosting a Celebration of Life event at Franciscan Manor. Families joined us to remember and celebrate the lives of their loved ones.

One of our chaplains, David, shared comforting words, guests created beautiful flower bouquets in memory of those they cherish, and we gathered together to share food. Thank you to everyone who joined us for this special evening of remembrance and connection. 💙
