Everyone heals differently.
After the birth of my second daughter, it took me a very long time to feel safe doing exercises.
My pelvic floor literally felt like it had a boulder in it.
After birth my pelvic floor was so weak even though I did yoga, breath work and pelvic floor work during my pregnancy.
I have made the mistake too many times of rushing my progress and every time I end up with a back injury and have to start all over again.
To avoid this, I am actively healing my core and my diastasis recti (abdominal separation due to pregnancy that results in a poochy tummy, incontinence during activities like jumping, sneezing or running, and low back pain).
We do not have to live with these ailments.
I repeat (and please hear me mamas) we do not have to suffer.
I am following a specific regime and powering up on my superfoods and supplements so I can be my best self and the best mama to my girls. Want to join me?
