We have always allowed people to set up in the parking lot to sell on the weekends. Always with the intent that everyone respects the property, and gives respect to the others who set up here. We have had increasingly more trash being left behind on the gravel and in the grass. This is a reminder to please clean up around the space you used when you pack up. Dont leave any trash, broken bits, food, or anything else on the ground for us to have to clean up come Monday morning.

I’m sure most have noticed 4 Seasons Buildings of WV has moved onto our lot.
Now that there is another business on the property, one that is open on the weekends, we are asking that everyone show them the same respect. Do not block the office building or the employee’s vehicle, and let’s try to leave one of the lot exits clear for people to go in and out as needed.

Also, we do allow some people to set up during the week. That is strictly for food items only, and we have spoken with them prior to them setting up. We DO NOT allow yardsale items to be sold in the lot during the pharmacy business hours.

If anyone has any questions feel free to reach out via messenger or you can call the store.
We really like providing this free space for the community, and we don’t want anything or anyone to jeopardize that.
