A High Tea Party was held at Sherwood Oaks featuring tea sandwiches, deviled eggs, petit fours, shortbread cookies, mini quiche, and scones. Various tea flavors were available.

The event included a game, where the individual at each table who stacked the sugar cubes the highest received the Easter tree from the food table.

The greatest part of working at a Senior community is the joy that comes from the connections we make with our residents, especially during holidays.

Today we had an Irish Pub Crawl in all 3 areas of our health center for St Patrick’s Day. The crowds were large and rooms were filled with laughter and fun.

There were decorated stations and tables set up with Irish soda bread, Sherwood Shamrock smoothies, cookies, Irish coffee, a candy station, and special music.

I am grateful for my LSE team, volunteer, and other team members who joined in to help in some way for today’s event.
