Marcia Fleis Hale is an Instructor certified to apply permanent cosmetics to facial features and discoloration repairs for the entire body and the removal of previous tattoos. Fuller eyebrows using our Hair-stroke method, Full Lips

, and Eyeliner can be enhanced within one treatment! Marcia specializes in anti-aging skin care, including the reduction and elimination of brown spots, rosacea, skin tags, acne scars, fine lines, wrinkles, skin firming and toning. She is certified in microderm-abrasion, lam probe, and Intense Pulse Light and laser treatments. She is a graduate of Slippery Rock University and Carlow University in Pittsburgh where she obtained her degree in the Fine Arts and Humanities with an Art Teaching certification K-12. Marcia has taught intermediate art in the Pittsburgh City Schools, painted murals for large and small businesses, offices, reception areas, and even personal interior designs for homes. It has become a personal joy and challenge to make her surroundings and the people in it more beautiful. It’s official! Our children’s book, “The Alligator and His Yummy Fish Dish,” is now available on Walmart and Amazon (Walmart has a better price point than Amazon, which is out of our control). Additionally, it will be available on my website, bernishbooks.com, hopefully after the weekend, and I will update you about that soon. The book will also be for sale starting on Monday, April 8th, at The Equator, located at 2783 South Park Rd., Bethel Park, PA 15102. The pricing there will be $15 for the paperback edition and $22 for the hardback edition (yes a better price point than Walmart and Amazon).
