This TBH patient started last year with just botox and we began to work on her lip in October. So far, our treatment plan has included 1 session focusing on building volume, symmetry and overall definition.

At TBH, I charge based on the service. I’m not a “sell by the syringe” practice because we focus on your result. This helps us to avoid the overfilled look. Her service was $750. When you’re looking to book lips make sure youre not just deal hunting. It’s more expensive to correct bad lips than it is to just pay for an experienced and well trained injector.

Next recommended session is botox to manage line and wrinkles. Depending on her metabolism, her next session of lip filler can range in the 6-12 month range and after that she most likely will maintain yearly.

Balanced By Danka: my process on this patients chin

1. Jawline — Using a cannula I place RHA4 to create structure along the lateral jawline, including the gonial angle. Pro tip: Restylane contour can be used for a mature patient for a subtle and beautiful jawline.

2. Chin shadow — Using cannula I place Restylane Defyne to support the pre jowl sulcus and soften the start of a marionette line. When treating the shadow, I also recommend to treat the posterior jawline to tighten and blend the jowl area. Pro tip: looking to glaze or just soften minimal shadowing? Use RHA Redensity.

3. Mid face — I like to place RHA4 into the midface to create structure. It can be placed deep and more superficially whike maintaining beautiful, dynamic, and natural results. Pro tip: Need something softer? Use Restylane Contour for beautiful mid-face rejuvenation.

4.Lips — I choose each poduct based on each individual lip anatomy. Restylane Refyne for looser tissue and Restylane-L in tighter tissue. I also love RHA2 and RHA3 in the lip. Even though cannula can be used, I prefer needle for more precise placement.

Lip Filler Sessions: Two

Total investment so far $850

Next recommended session is botox to manage line and wrinkles. We also did a session of chin/chin shadowing that she will maintain in six to twelve months.

Lip filler can last nine to twelve months depending on lifestyle.
